SynchroNet’s CLICK™ platform facilitates deploying and managing Amazon WorkSpaces at scale by automating the provisioning, termination, changes, resource allocation, user self-service, and application allocation. CLICK™ integrates with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and uses existing user administration workflows to ensure that WorkSpaces are provisioned and deprovisioned accurately and uniformly as users move through their lifecycle. Administrators use the CLICK™ administration console to map user personas to the applications, compute type, storage, and other WorkSpaces requirements that are to be automatically delivered. Additionally, end-users can use a self-service portal to perform self-service tasks based on role authority such as viewing status, resending registration information, rebuilding, and rebooting.
