Run analysis on your call recordings to identify trending keywords and topics, spend time listening to the recordings, review Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey responses, and schedule conversations with customers to poll their needs and preferences.
- Search for your brand and products online and via social media to learn what people say about your product and their experience with you.
- Work with IT to determine the current level of integration and system awareness across channels. Focus on integration adaptability to enable innovation and ongoing change rather than reusing existing solutions.
